In this case, unbelievers deny the afterlife but recognize the existence of Allah (C.C), while atheists deny both the existence of Allah and the afterlife. Could the deniers mentioned in the Quran also refer to atheists? Personally, I have not seen anywhere in the sacred scripture where an individual is referred to as an atheist. Why could this be? However, instead of the problem of disbelief, atheist movements have been a plague in the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries…”
