“My problem is that I have 100 USD. Would it be permissible for me to exchange them for 80 or 70 EUR at a currency exchange or any bank, in other words, make a currency exchange? Due to my job, I am constantly dealing with exchange rates and parities. I would like to carry out arbitrage operations when the exchange rates are favorable, but I am not able to do so because I know it is not allowed.
